Open Question: Can I still get into Western Kentucky University?

So I messed up with high school and dropped out for a girl (long story that I will not get into, big mistake). Point is, I dropped out and I still haven't gotten a GED but I want to and will. But after that, Could I still get into WKU? After taking SATs and all that, what would I have to do to make sure that I got into this university? I had a 3.5 - 3.7 gpa while I was in high school, before I dropped out. Does that count for anything? I just really want to get into that college and want to try and get in the first time around....
